Neutral Line Theory for Bend Allowance (90 Degree Bends)
Length % of Material Neutral Arc ((Rad.+ %Mat) x 2 x 3.1415)/4      For Example: (Usually 16ga CRS is 43% of Thickness) For 90 degree bends flat   is calculated by:    (length - mat - rad) To get the developed length    you must add:      Flat + Neutral  Arc + Flat Flat Length Radius
